Job Description:

Are you young and passionate about home automation/smart building? Do you have experience in AutoCAD design, preparing bills of quantities, resourceful in home automation/smart building? Do you reside in Abuja? Then, apply for the position of Extra-Low Voltage Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Interpretation of Building Plan for home automation/smart building services

• Use AutoCAD or its equivalent to design for home automation/smart building services

• Perform regular site assessment to generate appropriate reports and bills of quantities

• Prepare bill quantities for home automation/smart building services

• Carry out research and market survey on home automation/smart building services

• Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to read blueprints

• Good knowledge of computer engineering, extra-low voltage, home automation/smart building and other related engineering disciplines

• Passion for building automation

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD or its equivalent, Excel, Cloud Computing, Microsoft Office Tools, Google Office Tools

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Decent behaviour and ability to communicate effectively

Education and Experience:

• A minimum of a National Diploma or equivalent is required.

• A good understanding of extra-low voltage, home automation/Smart building and an equal experience with the job responsibilities above.
