Export Sales Officer (Shipping & Logistics) at Workforce Group

Job Description

• We’re looking for a commercially driven Export Sales Officer to support export volume growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive adoption of digital sales solutions within a leading shipping and logistics environment.

Responisibilities

•  Driving export sales growth through structured client meetings and pipeline development
•  Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into revenue
•  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
•  Promoting digital solutions such as MyMSC, eBL, and Instant Quote
•  Retaining and growing existing accounts through proactive engagement and cross-selling
•  Supporting pricing discussions with accurate market and trade data
•  Collaborating with Trade Managers, Vessel Planners, Customer Service, and Documentation teams
•  Ensuring compliance with export processes and maritime regulations

Requirements

• Interested candidates should  possess aBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Shipping, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within a shipping agency
• Strong understanding of export processes and maritime operations
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools, digital platforms, and MS Office.
