Job Brief

• The export executive is responsible for all land transportation of goods to the ports.

Job Description

• Monitor and ensuree optimal safety and adherence with policies, practices, and protocols in handling global transportation of goods.
• Produce required documentation in a timely manner and process all payments and invoices with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
• Corresponds with or calls customers, suppliers, forwarders, and others concerning the transportation of products, referring unusual matters to supervisor.
• Assess needs and collaborate with management to reduce costs and improve bottom-line results by streamlining methods.
• Ensure timely clearance and delivery of cargoes.
• Track shipments to their destination, handle customer complaints and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in export and logistics.
• Good communication skill.
• A can-do attitude.
