Export Documentation Coordinator at ZIM Integrated Shipping Services

Job description

The Export documentation coordinator will be responsible for the following:

• Issuing draft bill/ladings to clients and making corrections as required
• Maintaining a customer friendly disposition while creating manifest
• Issuing debit notes to clients promptly after vessel sailing
• Ensure all charges captured
• Printing of bill/ladings to for signature
• Ensuring all variables in the document are accurate and deliver signed bill/ladings to the clients
• Keeping records of all related documents relating to all transactions via filling for reference purposes

Requirements:

• First degree in in maritime, shipping, or related disciplines.
• Between 1-3 years prior experience in similar capacity.
• Strong relationship management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken in English.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft office, including Excel, Word, Power Point, Web-based and email programs.
