    Experienced Sales Representative

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly experienced, disciplined, and performance-driven Sales Representative for our phone store.
    • This role is strictly for professionals with proven phone/gadget sales experience who can close sales independently, meet targets consistently, and operate with a high level of accountability. Only candidates who can deliver results should apply.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Take full ownership of in-store phone and accessory sales and revenue generation
    • Aggressively drive daily sales and consistently meet or exceed set targets
    • Demonstrate expert knowledge of phone specifications, pricing, and market trends
    • Actively engage every walk-in customer and convert leads to completed sales
    • Maintain accurate and transparent daily sales records with zero discrepancies
    • Ensure proper handling, security, and display of all devices at all times
    • Upsell accessories and add-on products to maximize revenue per customer
    • Provide professional, respectful, and persuasive customer service at all times
    • Report daily sales performance and stock status to management without delay
    • Prevent loss, damage, or mismanagement of products—full accountability applies
    • Strictly comply with company policies, pricing rules, and operational procedures.

    Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

    • 2 - 3 years proven experience in phone/gadget sales
    • Strong closing, negotiation, and customer conversion skills
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver measurable results
    • High level of honesty, discipline, and professional conduct
    • Must be target-oriented and comfortable working on commission
    • Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.

    Compensation

    • 20% commission on all sales made
    • ₦20,000 standard monthly airtime/data allowance
    • Earnings are strictly performance-based.
