Experienced Pharmacist at Procare Hospital

• We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispensing medications and providing patient counseling
• Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Monitoring medication use and ensuring compliance with pharmacy standards
• Managing pharmaceutical inventory and stock control
• Conducting routine stock taking and reconciliation
• Monitoring expiry dates and minimizing stock losses
• Coordinating medication procurement and supply processes
• Maintaining accurate pharmacy records and reports.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D)
• Current practicing license
• Minimum of 2 years’ clinical pharmacy experience
• Experience in hospital pharmacy operations
• Strong knowledge of medication management and patient counseling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality patient care.
