Job Overview:

A fast growing Real Estate company is looking to hire an Experienced Field Sales Officer:

Responsibilities:

1. Close and retain sales.
2. Convert lead to sales.
3. Constantly field sourcing for clients.
4. Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
5. Participate in sales campaigns and market storms.
6. Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
7. Receive calls from clients.
8. Attend to client’s inquiries.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Understanding of the real estate industry.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office Packages
5. Strong Strategic, persuasive, and negotiation skills.

Remuneration: #100,000 (Net), HMO.
