• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify stains, damage, and other garment issues.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for operating equipment and handling garments.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
