Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cash handling, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a cashier, you will be responsible for processing transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a cash register and handle cash transactions with customers accurately and efficiently.
2. Scan goods and collect payments.
3. Ensure the pricing is correct.
4. Issue receipts, refunds, changes, or tickets.
5. Redeem stamps and coupons.
6. Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
7. Greet customers when entering or leaving the store.
8. Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.
9. Keep records of transactions.
10. Bag, box, or wrap packages.
11. Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience in retail cashiering or sales.
2. Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g., cash registers, scanners, money counters).
3. Strong communication and time management skills.
4. Customer satisfaction-oriented.
5. Attention to detail and mathematical skills.
6. Sales skills.
7. High school degree or equivalent; a college degree is a plus.
