Job Responsibilities:

• Experience organizing business and personal travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in all dealings, both personal and professional
• A proactive attitude and ability to find solutions to problems as they arise

Qualifications:

• High school Diploma
• Must reside in Abuja or its environs
• A valid driver's license is required, with a clean driving record
• Minimum of 7 years experience in working with executives, VIPs, or public figures is highly valued
• Experience with high-end vehicles and familiarity with luxury car maintenance is a plus
• Formal training in defensive driving techniques, vehicle security, and handling high-stress situations (such as potential threats or emergencies)
• In-depth knowledge of local roads, highways, and routes to efficiently navigate the CEO through traffic and avoid delays
• Absolute reliability in arriving on time for pickups and being prepared for last-minute changes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to anticipate and resolve logistical issues such as road closures, traffic jams, or last-minute scheduling changes
