Executive Assistant to the CEO at Leverage Seeds Limited

Leverage Seeds Limited, a leading provider of certified seeds, fertilizers, and agrochemicals, is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to the CEO to join our dynamic team.  

This role is ideal for anyone who  is passionate about agriculture, and eager to contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking agribusiness company.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling confidential information.  
• Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist in strategic decision-making processes.  
• Assist in managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and other online communications.  
• Coordinate internal and external communications, ensuring timely and accurate information delivery.
• Support the implementation of agricultural projects and initiatives in alignment with company goals.  

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.  
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic project management tools.  
• Digital Marketing Skills: Understanding of social media management, content creation, and online advertising.  
• Graphic Design Skill
• Writing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication for drafting reports, proposals, and online content.  

Location: Must be based in Ibadan.
