Executive Assistant to the CEO at FiberOne Broadband

• Basic System Monitoring Filing and retrieving corporate record documents and reports.
• Researching and conducting data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors committees and executives.
• Coordinating arrangements meetings and/or Answering and screening telephone calls and responding to emails messages and other correspondence.
• Operating and maintaining office equipment.
• Managing a busy calendar meeting coordination and travel arrangements.
• Providing reliable and accurate support to executives and management while working with confidential information.
• Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
• Reading and analyzing incoming memos submissions and distributing them as needed.
   

Qualification

• B.Sc B.A or HND in Business Management or Behavioural Sciences from a recognized institution.
• Advanced or Professional certification in Data Analytics will be an added advantage.

Requirements: 

• 5 years minimum experience and a Business Analyst in a similar position.
• Certification in project management or administrative support.
