As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, organizing meetings, and handling communication, while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
Screening and managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive.
Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
Conducting research, preparing reports, and creating presentations as requested by the executive.
Assisting with the preparation and submission of documents, such as contracts, proposals, and expense reports.
Acting as a liaison between the executive and other team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
Providing general administrative support, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining office cleanliness.
Requirements
Minimum of LL.B.
Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
