Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Lagos.
• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to theCMD, including managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the executive's office, maintaining confidentiality, and effectively managing priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
• Experience with managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with executives, team members, and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Prior experience in a similar executive support or administrative role is a plus
