Job Description

• Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and internal or external colleagues.
• Managing the CEO calendars and setting up meetings
• Handling correspondence directed to the CEO.
• Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries.
• Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently.
• Producing reports and presentations.
• Screen and direct phone calls
• Professional discretion and ability to work with little or no supervision.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars and copy machines)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent co-operate apparency.
• Proactiveness, Self-motivation, and focus on delivering results
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Excellent time management skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to be proactive.
• Computer proficiency is required.
