The Executive Assistant at RenMoney will work directly with C-level executives and would be responsible for a number of administrative duties. This person will manage mostly business-related tasks for the team such as creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, office management, taking minutes, and other organizational tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage daily activities of the executive office.
Prepare reports, memos and other documents.
Answer phone calls and routing calls to the appropriate unit or taking messages.
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by the executives.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Accurate recording of minutes from meetings.
Conserve executive’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
Making travel and accommodation arrangements for executives.
Provide general administrative support.
Requirements
B.Sc. degree in any field
Minimum of 3 years’ administrative and office management experience
Integrity, confidentiality and be Innovative
Have a problem-solving attitude with high level of assertiveness
Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support.
Proficiency in the entire MS Office Suite and Report writing skills
Professional level verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to details and multitasking abilities
