Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant, located in Mowe, Ogun State.
• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, managing expense reports, and offering executive support.
• Daily tasks include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and ensuring smooth communication within the executive team.
• The Executive Assistant will also handle administrative tasks to support the efficiency and productivity of the office.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Experience with handling Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
