    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities
    Executive & Administrative Support:

    • Maintain a highly dynamic calendar for the MD, including scheduling of internal/external meetings, site visits, and travel logistics.
    • Draft, format, and prepare documents including memos, reports, and confidential correspondence.
    • Support the MD in preparing materials for performance reviews, town halls, and strategy meetings.
    • Organize and manage files and documentation required for presentations or audits.

    Operational Liaison & Coordination:

    • Act as a key point of contact between the MD’s office and all units (HR, Audit, QC, Academics, Accounts).
    • Collaborate with Centre Managers and Unit Heads to ensure effective follow-through on leadership directives.
    • Facilitate smooth internal communications and flag important updates to the MD proactively.

    Project Management & Strategic Input:

    • Track deadlines, action points, and deliverables related to performance management, HOD directives, and training programs.
    • Handle sensitive assignments, including those relating to appraisals, HR escalations, and operations, with discretion and accuracy.
    • Assist in coordinating key events, such as quarterly review meetings, staff townhalls, and interdepartmental sessions.

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related discipline. M.Sc. is an added advantage.
    • 2 - 5 years of proven experience in a similar executive support role.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High emotional intelligence, diplomacy, and ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
    • Strong organizational and planning skills; able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
    • Must demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
    • Prior experience working within the education, consulting, or corporate training sector is an advantage.

    Technical Proficiency:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
    • Familiar with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
    • Knowledge of project/task management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana) is a plus.

    Preferred Profile:

    • Male candidates are encouraged to apply to promote gender balance within the role.
    • Candidate must reside within Surulere, Ikeja, Anthony, or nearby environs for ease of commute to centers.
