    Executive Assistant

    Overview

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Managing Director of a reputable medical diagnostic company. The ideal candidate will act as the right-hand person to the MD, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and enabling the MD to focus on strategic priorities.

    Reports to: MD

    Industry: Healthcare (Diagnostic Center)

    Benefit: HMO

    Salary: 150,000 - 200,000

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Manage the MD's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
    2. Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
    3. Handle all correspondence, including emails, calls, and documents, ensuring timely responses.
    4. Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the MD.
    5. Oversee logistics for internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
    6. Assist in planning, monitoring, and tracking key projects to ensure timely completion.
    7. Conduct research and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
    8. Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
    9. Maintain professional relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
    10. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
    11. Maintain and organize filing systems for records, documents, and reports.
    12. Assist in drafting presentations, proposals, and other documents as required.
    13. Ensure the MD's priorities are well-communicated and executed across the organization.

    Key Qualifications

    1. Minimum of 2 years as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or diagnostic company.
    2. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    5. Discretion and a high level of professionalism.
    6. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
    7. Proactive and resourceful with a problem-solving mindset.
    8. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    9. Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
