Executive Assistant at HR Aid

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the MD to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.
• Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents.
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments and travel arrangements.
• Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events.
• Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
• Answer and manage incoming calls.
• Receive and interact with incoming visitors.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Act as a point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate all Executive meetings; manage executive calendars and set up meetings.
• Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory.

Pay: NGN 70,000
