We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational abilities, and exhibit a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
HND Degree/Bachelor's degree/Master's Degree in Managerial /Administrative field.
Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior management/executives.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Must possess strong Interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to manage social media and create content is a must.
Job Requirements:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as necessary.
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events; prepare agendas and take meeting minutes when needed.
Conduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making processes.
Maintain executive's office systems, including filing systems and databases.
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Assist in special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting in Lagos.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
