Executive Assistant (Female) to the CEO at Lamlan Digital Limited

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact between the Executive Director and internal/external clients
• Manage daily To-Do list of Executive Director
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
• Make travel arrangements
• Take dictation and minutes
• Source office supplies
• Produce reports, presentations, proposals, invoice and briefs

Qualifications

• Minimum of Second-Class Upper Degree in any course. First Class and a Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a Personal/executive assistant is highly required.
• Must have a presentable andellegantappearance

Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to research and report
• Must be highly intelligent
• Work with minimal supervision
• Proficient computer skills, including good knowledge of social media and little knowledge on digital marketing.
• Very good oral and written communication.
• Good familiarity and knowledge of Nigeria entertainment industry.
• Ready to travel.
