• The Executive Assistant would be reporting to Managing Director. The ideal candidate is expected to be intelligent and able to take initiative.

Job Description

• Prepare information for memos, emails, reports, presentations, and other internal and external communication forms.
• Screen and direct phone calls anddistribute correspondence.
• Provide general administrativesupport.
• Perform research and gather data to create documentation for boards of Directors, committees, and executives to study and present.
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Provide travel arrangements for the Managing Director and other Executive Directors.
• Management of the daily itineraries of the Managing Director

Requirements

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience working in this capacity.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Great presentation skills.
• In-depth understanding of the entire Ms. Office Suite.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 monthly
