Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant at AA Rescue Nigeria.
• The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive support and performing administrative tasks.
• The day-to-day tasks may include assisting with expense reports, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling communication on behalf of the executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Must have a legal background
• Proficiency in managing expense reports
• Strong executive support skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong administrative assistance skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
