Excavator Operator at ADKAN Services

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/WAEC certificate.
• Must possess a valid and appropriate operator’s license or certification for heavy-duty machinery.
• Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience operating excavators in construction, mining, or related industries.
• Excellent knowledge of excavator functions, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Ability to read site plans, grades, and specifications accurately.
• Skilled in trenching, digging, grading, and site preparation.
• Must be physically fit, alert, and capable of working in challenging terrain or conditions.
• Good understanding of machine inspection, servicing, and basic repairs.
• Strong sense of responsibility, safety awareness, and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
