Event Sales Support Assistants at Ruhe Global Resources (RGR)

Job Description / Responsibilities

• To support the events team with all event administration
• To ensure outstanding operational excellence
• You will be doing very menial tasks, as well as helping to curate the exhibition
• Work as part of a team delivering the operations for medium/ large conferences and exhibitions, supporting on various key tasks with guidance and support of a manager
• Manage exhibitor and sponsor logistics to ensure all sponsor and exhibitor packages are fulfilled as sold by the portfolio
• Respond quickly and calmly to requests from speakers, sponsors and attendees.
• Support in event campaigns before the event days.

Working Dates
This is basically an ushering job on event days. However, you will be required to be available on various days from the 1st of April to the 15th of April:

• Lagos Island (Friday, 1st April, 2022) & Lagos Mainland (Saturday, 2nd April, 2022).
• Benin (Monday, 4th April, 2022)
• Port Harcourt (Wednesday, 6th April, 2022)
• Owerri (Friday, 8th April, 2022)
• Abuja (Monday, 11th, April, 2022)
• Kaduna (Tuesday, 12th April, 2022).

Requirement

• Must be polite and have good customer service skill.

Remuneration
Salary will be on daily pay.
