Job Roles

• Develop, implement, and manage online marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, PPC, etc.) to promote events.
• Create engaging and compelling content tailored to different audience segments to drive registration and attendance.
• Identify and target potential attendees through market research and data analysis.
• Develop strategies to attract and retain attendees, including outreach through various communication channels.
• Identify and approach potential exhibitors and sponsors to participate in events.
• Develop and present sponsorship packages that provide value and align with partners’ marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to design event programs that meet the needs of all stakeholders.
• Oversee logistical aspects of event execution, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
• Create and manage a content calendar for event promotions, including blogs, social media posts, press releases, and email newsletters.
• Work with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality promotional materials.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 4 years experience.
