    Estate Surveyor

    Job Details

    • Conduct property valuations and appraisals for various purposes, including sales, purchases, mortgages, and insurance.
    • Prepare market research reports to analyze market trends, property values, and investment opportunities within the Lagos real estate market.
    • Advise clients on property investment, development, and management strategies.
    • Conduct feasibility studies to assess the viability of proposed real estate projects.
    • Liaise with government agencies to obtain land title documents, permits, and approvals.
    • Negotiate property transactions on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
