Job Summary

The Estate Surveyor is responsible for property valuation, management, leasing, and advisory services to support real estate operations and investments.

Key Duties
- Conduct property inspections and valuations
- Manage property sales, leasing, and documentation
- Provide professional real estate advisory services
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years experience in estate surveying or property management
- Strong knowledge of the Lagos real estate market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
