    Estate Officer

    Job Details

    • Conduct tenant screenings and background checks to ensure responsible and qualified occupants.
    • Prepare and process lease agreements ensuring adherence to legal regulations and company standards.
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new tenants, providing them with necessary information and ensuring a smooth transition.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective property management strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to tenant management and property maintenance in Nigeria.
