ERP Implementation Consultant at Swifta Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand existing software
• Collect requirements, analyze business process workshops
• Identify, develop and integrate ERP solution to meet predefined Customer requirements.
• Deliver trainings to end users and super users.
• Ensure that all relevant data (master data, balances etc.) are collected from clients for implementation.
• Prepare necessary project documentations associated with implementation like manuals, issue logs and their resolution.
• Assist customer with data migration and best practices support during implementation.
• Interact with teams of developers, technical consultant, Support Consultants and Sales teams.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a full implementation cycle of ERP Solution is required;
• Strong Presentation Skills;
• Accounting knowledge and practical operations experience with standard business practices; related to Account Receivable, Account Payable, General Ledger, Financials and Consolidation;
• Proficiency in custom report creation;
• Knowledge and experience implementing cloud based solutions is desirable;
• Goal oriented with strong organization and time management skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
• Excellent relationship building skills and consultative advisory ability;
• Active listener with the ability to translate customer needs to Project Manager and Development team;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Able to make decisions at the appropriate time taking into account the situation, priorities and constraints.
