Develop and maintain an efficient and effective X3 financial reporting structure system that provides accurate and timely information;
Address and monitor JIRA request (Issue tracking / ticketing system) relating to X3, Kits, bundles, products and sales price list matters;
Regular monitoring to ensure data integrity and balancing between X3 and all other systems to which it integrates through liaison with relevant business units;
Manage and monitor the creation of Kits; Bundles; Products and Operational Subsidiaries Sales pricelists in X3;
Effective maintenance of kit split master file;
Management of X3 requests (new GL accounts, new products, users access and rights);
Effectively manage X3 month-end and year-end processes;
Support operations in their maintenance of Fixed Asset Registers in X3;
Lead and manage the direct reports to deliver on their KPI’s;
PK -DB maintenance and monitoring of locked tasks and activities;
PK - SQL report writing and/or store procedures to extract data for finance analysis and reporting;
PK – After hours support were necessary
Providing any other ad hoc duties assigned to you from time to time by the Manager Business Analyst
