Equity Portfolio Manager at Norrenberger Financial Group

We are seeking a detail-oriented Equity Portfolio Manager to join our Investment Management team. The candidate will coordinate equity portfolio management, conduct comprehensive research, and help achieve performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage equity portfolios aligned with investment strategies and client objectives.
• Monitor performance to ensure compliance with benchmarks and risk parameters.
• Execute trades in adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines.
• Perform fundamental and technical analysis of equity securities.
• Monitor macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and company news.
• Provide actionable investment recommendations through detailed research reports.
• Prepare portfolio performance reports for internal and client reviews.
• Communicate investment strategies and updates to the Head of Investment Management.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Monitor portfolio risks and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Work with the Investment Management team to align strategies and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in investment analysis, equity research, or portfolio management.
• Progress toward CFA designation is an advantage.
