Equipment Maintenance Engineer at PieCurve Energy Projects Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in industrial equipment
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of machinery through regular inspections and maintenance strategies
• Interpret and analyze technical drawings, manuals, and schematics for equipment repairs
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and company policies in all maintenance activities
• Collaborate with procurement and engineering teams to source spare parts and implement equipment upgrades
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce downtime

Requirements:

• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in equipment maintenance engineering in an industrial or oil & gas environment
• Strong knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system faults
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and AutoCAD for technical analysis
• Understanding of condition monitoring techniques and predictive maintenance strategies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
