Job Overview

• An experienced Equipment Foreman will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and operating heavy machinery in upstream oil and gas operations, ensuring all equipment functions efficiently to support drilling, production, and field activities while strictly following HSE regulations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Technical Diploma, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in equipment maintenance and HSE best practices is an added advantage.
• 5 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong understanding and ability to resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems in heavy equipment.
• Proven experience in coordinating equipment usage and allocation while ensuring the implementation of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to maintain Equipment tracking system (ETS) and ensure assets are numbered and correctly identified
• Ability to complete daily reports, paperwork, and compliance documentation as per worksite standards.
