We are seeking an Entry-Level Software Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of software projects across cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for a highly organised early-career professional looking to grow into technical project leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support planning and coordination of software development projects
Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Facilitate communication between developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders
Assist with sprint planning, stand-ups, and progress reporting
Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and escalate appropriately
Maintain project documentation and status dashboards
Support the delivery of projects within the agreed scope and timelines
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business, or related field
0–2 years of experience (or strong internship/NYSC exposure) in project coordination or tech teams
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum concepts is an advantage
Strong organisational, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
