Enterprise Risk Officer at Terawork

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive and timely risk reports for management, highlighting key risk indicators, emerging trends, and recommended actions.
• Develop and conduct training programs to enhance risk awareness across different departments, fostering a risk-conscious culture within the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments and regularly review risk exposure across various business functions.
• Continuously maintain risk register.
• Collaborate with relevant risk owners to implement risk mitigation strategies effectively.
• Develop and monitor Key Risk Indicators to provide early warnings of potential risk issues and deviations from risk tolerance levels.
• Actively participate in risk committee meetings, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on risk management activities.
• Explore and implement technological solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management processes.
• Evaluate and manage risks associated with third-party vendors, ensuring their activities align with the company's risk appetite and standards.
• Say abreast of relevant regulations and ensure the company's risk management practices align with industry standards and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in a Business Management and other related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in risk management within the financial service sector.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in all aspects of work.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex risks and regulatory issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
• across different teams and levels of the company.
