The ideal candidate has experience as an ERP consultant or functional specialist, a solid understanding of enterprise operations, and a finance or accounting background. This role collaborates closely with product engineers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, effective ERP implementation.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP implementations including requirements gathering, process analysis, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Work with internal teams and external clients to understand operational workflows and translate business requirements into functional ERP configurations.
Configure and implement Odoo ERP modules across core business areas such as finance, sales, procurement, inventory, operations, and reporting.
Conduct discovery sessions, workshops, and solution walkthroughs with stakeholders to define system requirements and implementation scope.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency through ERP system capabilities.
Collaborate closely with product engineers and technical teams to translate functional requirements into system enhancements and solutions.
Design and configure system workflows, approval processes, user roles, data structures, and reporting frameworks to support effective business operations.
Lead functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality aligns with defined business requirements before go-live.
Identify functional gaps or process challenges during implementation and work with product and engineering teams to develop practical solutions.
Support ERP system deployment and go-live activities while ensuring minimal disruption to operational workflows.
Develop user documentation, system guides, and training materials to support ERP adoption across teams and client organizations.
Provide training sessions and functional support to internal teams and external clients during and after system implementation.
Monitor system usage post-implementation, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend enhancements to optimize ERP performance.
Provide implementation feedback and insights to product teams to support continuous improvement of ERP platform capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Odoo ERP implementation, ERP consulting, or enterprise systems deployment.
Experience implementing multiple ERP modules and configuring enterprise workflows.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional system specifications and ERP configurations.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams.
Background or foundational knowledge in finance or accounting processes is strongly preferred.
Experience implementing ERP platforms such as Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Sage, or similar systems is an advantage.
