KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement an engaging and challenging English curriculum, aligned with educational standards.
• Create lesson plans that cover various areas of English language arts, including grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and literary analysis.
• Integrate creative activities, discussions, and multimedia to enhance students' learning experiences.
• Teach English language and literature courses, focusing on both written and oral communication skills.
• Deliver lessons on reading comprehension, vocabulary building, essay writing, poetry, short stories, and classic and contemporary literature.
• Facilitate classroom discussions to encourage students’ critical thinking, analysis, and appreciation for literature.
• Foster a love of reading and writing by introducing diverse genres, authors, and creative projects.
• Create a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and maximize student participation.
• Promote collaborative learning through group activities, peer review, and class discussions.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English or related fields.
• Experience working in similar role
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to design and implement engaging educational activities.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations or conflicts effectively.
• Ability to Plan and manage classroom activities efficiently.
