Key Responsibilities

• Lesson Planning: Develop and implement creative and engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum guidelines, adapting them to meet the diverse needs and learning levels of students.
• Instruction: Teach fundamental English language concepts, including grammar, vocabulary, spelling, pronunciation, sentence structure, and various literary styles and genres.
• Literature & Reading: Assign and discuss literary texts, fostering an appreciation for storytelling, cultural expression, and critical analysis of literature and poetry.
• Writing: Guide students in developing strong writing skills, including formal reports, creative stories, poetry, and effective communication.
• Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, essays, and projects, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their improvement.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues, documenting student progress, and collaborating to ensure student success.
• Classroom Environment: Create a positive, supportive, and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, curiosity, resilience, and a love for learning.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning through workshops, training sessions, and staying updated on current educational trends to enhance language and teaching skills.
