Role Summary

• The English Teacher will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive English curriculum, cultivating a love for literature, and encouraging students to develop strong writing and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards.
• Teach literature, writing, grammar, and critical reading skills.
• Foster an engaging and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation and curiosity.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and other assessments.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and support their individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities, meetings, and events.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
