    • Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
    • Provide feedback and support to help students improve academically.
    • Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
    • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.
    • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
