Engineering Support Officer at Smartflow Technologies Limited

Responsibilities

• Inputting detailed field reports.
• Ensuring all tools and materials needed for team activities gets to destination on time
• Assisting the planning department with communications and supporting the field engineers when needed
• Understanding the office policies and enforcing them across board.
• Ensuring safety is kept reinforced within the team.
• Completion of all official documentations for the field engineers to use in carrying out their day to day activities.
• Correlation with other engineering departments
• Follow up on troubleshooting (remotely and physically) and site issues from start to finish with documentations
• Ensure jobs are done according to the standard and quality
• Show signs of  dependability and reliability on and off the job
• Show self-improvements in field as well as interest in other engineering fields.

Requirements

• B.Sc, B.Eng or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Related Courses
• Minimum of one year work experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong Knowledge of  Microsoft applications especially Excel
• Problem-solving skills
• Good in Technical matter
