What We’re Looking For
You’re a builder, a coach, and a systems thinker. You’ve seen scale and have battle scars to prove it. You know how to ship, lead, and grow.
Nice-to-haves:
In your first 90 days: assess the current team, structure, and delivery processes; align product and engineering to ship reliably and fast
By Q1 2026: Contribute to and take ownership of processes that drive engineering quality and meet our engineering SLAs.
First 30 days: Work with technical leads to conduct a full-stack audit of our Fiat and Crypto platforms — think architecture, observability, and scalability
By month 6: Collaborate with technical leads to implement a 12-month roadmap for evolving our core systems, reducing tech debt, and supporting 10x growth
Be a thoughtful technical voice and support your team in making diligent architectural decisions.
By Q1 2026: ship 3+ experiments tied to improving exchange experience — track usage, improve UX, and iterate
Keeping up with the speed of product and market shifts while ensuring system stability
Building a truly multi-currency infrastructure that works across borders and bank partners
Juggling regulation, risk, and security while staying customer-first
Up-levelling an already smart team without micromanaging
