Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Fintech industry
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven expertise in software architecture and product development
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Passion for innovation and startup growth
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the technology roadmap
- Build and lead the engineering team
- Drive product innovation, scalability, and security
