Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role in Port Harcourt for an End User Support Engineer. The role involves providing troubleshooting, technical support, customer support, and expertise in operating systems on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• B.Sc Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years + experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
• ITILv4 Certified
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
• Experience working in a telecommunications company.
