Job Objective:

The Electrical Sales Engineer is responsible for driving outdoor electrical sales, preparing quotations, managing customer relationships, and providing after-sales support. The role focuses on expanding the company’s market share through client acquisition, account management, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently.
• Match customer requirements with appropriate products and solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales to achieve business targets.
• Coordinate sales projects and provide timely reports to the Branch Manager.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and market trends.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service excellence.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and technical experts to meet client needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in electrical sales or business development.
• Strong technical background in Low Voltage Electrical Products.
• Solid understanding of the local market with established industry networks (consultants, contractors, utilities, and developers).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
