Job Summary

• As the Senior Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment.
• You will diagnose faults, supervise junior technicians, and ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely across client facilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and gas-related faults in kitchen and laundry machines
• Conduct preventive maintenance and service checks at client sites
• Supervise junior technicians and enforce safety and quality standards
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and prepare detailed service reports.

Requirements

• Technical Diploma, Trade Test Certificate, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience maintaining commercial kitchen or laundry equipment
• Strong knowledge of brands such as Unox, Electrolux, Tecnodom, etc.
• Excellent troubleshooting, leadership, and client communication skills.
