Electrical Technician at Raybond Technical Limited

Department: Service Engineering 
Reports To: Service Engineering Manager
Location: As assigned (client sites, project locations, and in-house operations)
Employment Type: Contract (Project-Based / Fixed-Term)

Job Summary:

The Electrical Technician is responsible for electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance of systems including wiring, control panels, motors, power distribution, earthing, and lighting systems. The technician ensures all electrical systems function efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and control panels.
• Perform cable terminations and ensure secure connections.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Conduct insulation resistance testing and other standard tests.
• Use multimeters and other testing instruments for diagnostics.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Electric motor Coil rewinding
• Document all work performed and maintain records.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in cable terminations and fault troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings.
• Skilled in using multimeters and conducting insulation testing.
• Knowledge of control systems and motor operations
• Electric motor Coil rewinding. 
• Excellent safety awareness and technical reporting.
