Electrical Technician at Powerpal Ltd

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Technician to join our team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, with a specialized focus on solar/inverter systems, while providing technical support to our valued clients. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of contract electricians handling all electrical work in the field.

The ideal condidate must have a comprehensive understanding of technical and specialized tasks, as well as the ability to exercise independent judgment to achieve desired outcomes while working under general supervision.
Job Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including solar/inverter systems, as per project requirements.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
• Provide technical support to clients and assist in resolving their issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
• Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
• Keep accurate records of all work done and materials used.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and reliability of electrical systems.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Prior knowledge of solar/inverter systems will be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
